# Terms of Service## 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using OneTouchEvent services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.## 2. Services We provide professional balloon decoration services for events. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.## 3. Booking and Payment - A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking - Full payment is due 7 days before the event - Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable## 4. Liability We take utmost care in our installations. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by weather conditions or third-party interference.## 5. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
